Two ISI officers on counter terrorism duty were shot & murdered today in Punjab. Within hours, Indian SM accounts run by RAW were reporting & owning the hit. Indian strategy is to wage the war outside their borders inside Pak and through proxy from Afg. Pak lack this strategy.

Will IEA in Kabul negotiate with ISIS in Doha & agree to share power with them & acknowledge the terror group as a legitimate party to power sharing in Kabul? Doha agreement was between former rulers of Afghanistan & occupation forces. Does that condition exist between Pak/TTP?
