Modi is sorrounded but remains rabid and unpredictable. He is also under pressure from Israel to engage Pakistan and also facing domestic collapse... He needs to do something rash & fast. Pakistan need to be ready to grab the moment of Indian stupidity. I wish I could trust IK.
