On a more serious note now investigation must be done on how the terrorists were able to take over the CTD police station? It is the absolute stupidity & un professional behaviour of those police officers that led to this mess that a hostage rescue operation had to be launched.

Security forces and police should be told very clearly. If they surrender to the terrorists or are taken hostages then they will not be rescued but brute force will be used to crush the rebellion. Pakistan will have to go hot into Afghanistan and hit their bases as well.

Initial reports suggest that the operation against the terrorists hold up in the police station have been completed. All hostages have been rescued. 5 members of the special forces are injured. All terrorists are killed. Major Abid had also led the rescue in APS Peshawar.
