This is done by ISIS. CIA had created ISIS in Afghanistan to counter Taliban and also to use them against China and Pakistan. That is why Afghan Taliban are staunch enemies of ISIS. Now same ISIS is desperately lashing out as it faces uncertain future. #Kabul_Airport
