Israeli army running field hospitals on border with Syria to support their fighting units inside Syria. Why on earth would Israel create a field hospital for Syrian refugees ? Which Syrian refugees have gone to Israel ????? And if they are Syrian refugees, why is the face of the wounded patient blacked out to protect his identity ?? These are Israeli special forces being treated by their own military doctors, fighting inside syria pretending as ISIS Khawarij.
