The only way to know which scholar is sincere and which is fake is to know what is his opinion and actions towards Pakistan. If he is against Pakistan, harming Pakistan, opposing Pakistan, silent when enemies are destroying Pakistan, then you can be sure that he is an enemy planted fasadi Mullah.
As Ashfaq ahmed sahib has said "this Pakistan is like the camel of Saleh (as). anyone harming it would be a Zalim and would be destroyed" ! This is the benchmark, not the size of shalwar or length of beard or the volume of pagri... !!
