Let us share with you a true message of love which is pure Sunnah MashAllah ! In these times when ilm has been taken away, jahalat has become common and Khawarij claim to represent the deen, the true benevolent merciful and kind Sunnah has almost disappeared.
Our deen is not just about human dealings. It is about treatment of animal, plants and all creation as well. Our Rasul Allah (sm) is pure mercy even for the animals and plants. We have been told that even the most sinful people can go to Jannah is they are kind to the creation and animals. A person who treats animals with cruelty is bound for hell fire even if he prays or fasts.
In Turkey, an Imam of the masjid followed the merciful sunnah of Rasul Allah (sm) and opened the doors of the Jamia Masjid for cats in extreme winters when there was snowfall outside. All the cats of the neighborhood were invited into the masjid to stay and were given shelter and food by the Imam of the Masjid, even during the Salat time. This is so emotional and cute MashAllah !
Be kind to animals. They cannot speak but they can give dua and Baddua as well.. ! Your treatment even to a stray dog can decide your Jannah and Jahannum...
