Indus originates from Tibet. Passes through Indian occupied kashmir. Does not pass through any indian city So violating indus treaty means War in Kashmir... When India annexed Kashmir in 2019, IK/ Bajwa should have gone for a limited war in Kashmir. Catastrophic betrayal!
