Today, a delegation of Taliban went to Panjsher valley to negotiate a peace deal with Ahmed Masood. Amarullah Saleh has been kicked out from the valley by Ahmed & now he has NO troops or base to wage a resistance against Taliban. Masood wants peace & he is weak militarily.
