Will IEA in Kabul negotiate with ISIS in Doha & agree to share power with them & acknowledge the terror group as a legitimate party to power sharing in Kabul? Doha agreement was between former rulers of Afghanistan & occupation forces. Does that condition exist between Pak/TTP?
