In 2003 Gaddafi agreed to dismantle Libya's WMDs. In 2009 Hillary Clinton welcomed Gaddafi's son, Mutassim, to US and said: "We deeply value the relationship between US and Libya". Two years later she giggled upon hearing that he and his father were brutally lynched....
