سیدی رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے نے فرمایا تھا کہ قاضی تین طرح کے ہوں گے۔ صرف ایک طرح کا قاضی جو علم بھی رکھتا ہے اور انصاف بھی کرتا ہے، وہی جنت میں جائے گا۔ باقی وہ جو جاھل بھی ہو اور ظلم بھی کریں وہ جہنمی ہوں گے۔ پاکستان میں شاید ہی کوئی قاضی ہو جو پہلی قسم کا ہے۔۔
